Dr. Andrea Lightbourne-Webster has over 25 years of experience in her field. As Senior Spanish Lecturer of Bermuda College, she scheduled classes and advises students in direction for future enrollment. She knew she always wanted to be a teacher, and followed in the footsteps of her mother and aunt, who were also teachers, and he sister, who was an administrator.

Andrea launched her career as a teacher at her former high school, where she was promoted to become the head of her department. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature, and received her master’s degree in Education. Andrea holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona and is a member of the Association for Foreign Language Chair Academy.

Andrea wrote a book chronicling her uncle’s life, and was recognized by the Queen in Bermuda. She won first place as Toast Master of the Year, and is proud to have overcome obstacles and agendas that did not align with her goals. Looking ahead, she is getting getting ready to come into her retirement and considers herself a person with strong core values. She founded Light House Ministry, and plans to grow her activities in this area, doing seminars based on the needs of her community. She credits her success to having a strong personal foundation.

Vicki Maleganeas has over 25 years of experience in Operations Management. As Product Group Manager for CSA Group International, she oversees her remote team in all operationally needs for her term. Having started out in hospitality management, she worked her way up, through a very diverse career. From Hospitality, Automotive, Manufacturing Foundries, Aerospace, Federal government, safety certification, within the field and is known for her strong leadership skills.

Vicki holds a degree in Business for Organizations from a school in Canada, and is currently completing her PMP certification through PMI. Looking ahead, she plans to apply to management roles in the mining sector. She credits her success to the fact she would rather give than receive.

With nearly two decades of professional experience in her field, Karin Schaumberger is the Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Emporia Telecom where she spearheads sales and marketing. Karin is known for her expertise in telecommunications digitalization and she spearheads a team of 20 international country managers.

Karin holds her Master’s degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Linz, which she received in 2001. She is a member of The European Women’s Management Association, the Austrian Trade Association for Women in Advisory Board Positions, and the University of Cambridge Club. Moving forward, she would like to negotiate for shares with her company, thereby becoming a stakeholder. Karin hopes to network internationally with likeminded professionals.

In her spare time, Karin enjoys golf, yoga and travel.

Angela C. David is currently the Head of Performing Arts Drama/Theater Teacher for The Inter-community School in Zurich, Switzerland. She has been in this role for nearly 8 years and has been a Teacher and Trainer in the Performing Arts Internationally for nearly 20 years.

Angela has worked in Lima Peru for nearly 4 years at The Franklin Delano Roosevelt College (American School) as The Arts Director. Her areas of expertise are in Theater and Dramatic Arts. She is originally from Canada and has worked for The Upper Canada College as teacher, Examiner and Arts Administrator.

She is educated in Management and skilled in Stage Direction, Dramatic Arts, Theory, and Design but is also a skilled Classroom Educator setting Course Curriculum, Lesson Planning, and Educational Technology. She has taught Musical Theater, Acting Techniques, Theater Direction and Diction, and The History of Theater.

She is an international professional and speaks English, German, Spanish, and French.

Minnie Stinson is an Innovator and Entrepreneur, and the Founder of her own business, MinnieMaed LLC.
MinnieMaed LLC is a business of her very own innovations and patented products. Her legal and support background lead her to prepare and file her patent application, pro se. She’s excited to share that the United States Patent and Office granted a Patent for one of her inventions. Her mission is to market her products and innovations, team up with investors, and/or licensees. She also works full time in the legal field and holds unmatched expertise in intellectual property law and litigation. Moving forward, she also plans on helping as many people as possible with their patents and trademarks and plans to network as much as possible with likeminded professionals worldwide.
In her spare time, Minnie does volunteer work for various churches, organizations and charities. She also enjoys travel, reading and sports.
