Billie Jo Nutter is President and CEO of Brighton Rehabilitation, a full service comprehensive Rehabilitation Company based out of Salt Lake City, Utah and serving customers and clients throughout the Western United States. Brighton is highly specialized in providing quality rehabilitation programs for Medicare focused Skilled Nursing Facilities, Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Units, and Transitional Care Units. Brighton Rehabilitation has the flexibility to meet the needs of any facility. Their therapists are specialists in rehabilitation and are committed to excellence in patient care.

A committed hospital and health care professional, she holds a MS in Communications from Western Kentucky University and University of Louisville. She is highly skilled in rehabilitation management, and her current committed focus to the continuum of rehabilitation services is exemplified by the provision of rehabilitation services in hospitals, outpatient clinics, transitional care units, skilled nursing facilities, at job sites, and home health agencies.

For the last six years, Billie served as Chief Operating Officer for EnduraCare Acute Care Service – a provider of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology program services for acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and physician practices.  Billie directed all rehab operations in more than 50 locations including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, inpatient acute rehab facilities, outpatient clinics and home health venues.

Providing rehabilitation services- properly and with profit- represents one of the greatest challenges that health care facilities face today. With over twenty-five years of experience providing rehabilitation services, Billie Jo has the knowledge and skills to give rehabilitation programs a considerable competitive edge.

In her spare time, she enjoys mountain climbing and hiking. She resides in Salt Lake City, UT.

Cheryl L. Jensen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Consulting & Coaching, LLC, a company made up of a dynamic team of experienced professionals, bringing leadership, expertise, and common sense solutions to the challenges of nonprofits. Strategic Consulting & Coaching (SCC) builds strong relationships, contributing to strength-based teams and organizations that focus on mission delivery and community impact. Cheryl is an expert in program development, sociology, business administration, consulting, operational management, and strategic business management.

Dedicated to serving others, Cheryl is an award-winning management consulting professional with extensive business and leadership experience in diverse communities. She has led and managed organizations, developed large projects, and high impact teams. Her strategic consulting and coaching focuses on executive transitions, organizational development and executive coaching. She is known for listening to the needs and goals of her clients, then creating a clear organized path and sustainable strategies to meet their mission and vision.

Cheryl holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Organizational Development and is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. She specializes in leadership transitions and turnarounds, understanding that changes in top management can be difficult and often result in high anxiety for staff and boards. She regularly volunteers with Hope for Youth and serves as Board Member of Wayside House, helping homeless women obtain housing, services, and counseling. She is affiliated with Minnesota Coaching Association, International Coach Federation, Minnesota Council for Quality, Minnesota Council for Nonprofits, and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She loves to travel, play golf, and values staying fit and maintaining a well balanced life. She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
