The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Jessika Kostetzer

For the past 2 years, Jessika Kostetzer has been working as an engineer and since 3 months ago she started as a partner of Intelectual Engenharia Ltda. She offers construction services, creates models and blueprints, and helps clients to realize their construction and renovation goals. A seasoned project manager, she negotiates contracts, runs meetings, and guides her team to ensure project completion within deadlines.

Jessika holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the state university  UDESC – Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. She is a member of the Engineering and Architect Society in Brazil: CEAJ – Centro de Arquitetos e Engenheiros de Joinville, and credits her success to her personal training and expertise. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue to build and work with companies, and to gain new partners, building her network.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Isabel Rodriguez Guerra is an Executive Producer and Head of Commissioning at the National Television of Chile.

She brings dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise to her role, including independent production, programming, and journalism. Also a talented educator, she taught journalism courses at different Chilean universities and hopes to pave the way for other women as a mother and a journalist.

Isabel holds her Master’s degree in Screen Documentaries from Goldsmith College, University of London.

Moving forward, she hopes to network with likeminded professionals as much as possible all over the world. In her spare time, Isabel travels at least twice a year.

With over 25 years of experience as a MD, Dr. Geralde Vincent-Bancroft is now the Owner and Founder of Speak-Fast-Languages, an online school for professionals who are looking to learn a second language for various reasons rapidly. The company teaches English, Spanish, French and soon Italian online as well as providing coaching services. Dr. Geralde spearheads all company activity and holds unmatched expertise in coaching, training and educational management.

Dr. Geralde holds her PhD in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Louis Castillazo Ayala UNAM and her MD from the Universidad Lasalle. She is a member of Medscape and the Institute of Gynecology. Moving forward, she wants her business to continue growing and would like to be recognized as the go-to place for professionals who are looking to learn languages. When not engaged with work, Dr. Geralde enjoys travel, reading and movies.

Seniz Pektas is a Corporate Consultant for Jupiter Consultancy S.A. in Panama where she is the owner. Offering more than 28 years of experience in her field, She evaluates and consults with clients locally and internationally. Specializing in Quality Assurance overview, reporting for the quality systems foundation, and all marketing and communications consultancy, she also conducts marketing and communications trainings.

Seniz is best noted for her skills in process management. She has acomplished Business Management Program of Marmara University in Turkey in 2000 and has been the recipient of Syngenta Marketing Excellence Awards where she worked for 25 years.

In the future she hopes to continue to consult all around the world.  Seniz says the key to her success has been perseverance, and her biggest achievement was working with and being respected by men in the Middle East while handling various projects. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. She speaks Turkish, English and Spanish.

Shannon Kyle has over 20 years of experience as a realtor. She is the Managing Broker for Cheryl & CO Real Estate, an agency specializing in residential properties in Colorado. Dedicating the last three years to the agency, her workday consists of recruiting both clients and agents.

Shannon has a background in retail management and was recruited to get involved in real estate due to her warm personality and ability to help others. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities from 1984, and is an affiliate of of PEO International.

In the next few years she would like to continue to grow in her career. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
