Sophia Dorry is Senior Director, North America/EMEA HRBP for Model N. She is a People Team Leader with extensive experience building teams, managing change, and meeting strategic goals. She has worked in various industries including healthcare, entertainment, consulting, technology, energy and retail. She has demonstrated success in leading teams and companies to grow organically and via acquisitions.

Sophia is known for her strong coaching skills, developing successful leaders, improving processes to help scale for growth, and fostering strong relationships with senior leaders. She holds her MBA, as well as a BS in Finance. She is PHR certified, and continues her education regularly.

Caitlin Young Ramirez is Founder and CEO of Epiphany Appointments, an administrative services and writing firm that helps busy professionals execute tasks quickly. They also offer resume services!

Caitlin Young Ramirez is a business professional and former educator who drives her business ventures with passion and purpose. The vision of Epiphany Appointments arrived one prayer morning, and took off from there! 10% of all company profits goes to expanding God’s kingdom.

Caitlin is the former Vice President of a new construction startup, and former Humanities Professor. She’s taught numerous sections of US History, World Civilizations, and various Humanities courses at the university and community college levels. She is a driven leader and the former Vice President of D&D Windows, a new construction start-up. Throughout her career, Caitlin has managed departments in service, estimating, and project management. She truly loves working with people.

Outside of having ten years of professional work experience in academia, HR, and construction, Caitlin has a BA in History from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and MA in History from California State University, Sacramento. She is also midway through a doctoral program studying Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Higher Education and Servant Leadership.

Caitlin is a wife and mother, and seeks to change the way business operates with critical focuses on empathy, understanding, and leadership at the core of business practice. She hopes to bring positivity to companies around the world, and use Epiphany Appointments as a vessel to accomplish this goal.

Caitlin is also an educator and passionate teacher with five years of experience teaching history at the collegiate levels. The schools she has had the privilege of serving include Central Piedmont Community College, Stratford University, Strayer University, and California State University, Sacramento.
