Helen Coles is the Director and Owner of Lodestone Coaching, where as a renowned professional coach, she works internationally with corporate managers and professionals who want to create powerful and productive teams with sustainable and innovative strategies. Helen is an empowering coach who enjoys developing strong working relationships that inspire loyalty, trust and a commitment to producing outstanding results.
After receiving her Master’s degree in Education, Language, and Personal Development, Helen went on to gain considerable experience in both corporate and non-corporate fields in diverse locations, including the UK, Middle East, and France. She then went on to harness her entrepreneurial spirit, and was the owner of two different companies before founding Lodestone Coaching. She is also a member of Children International.
Helen resides in Lannux Gers, France and is fluent in French and English. When not engaged with work, she enjoys spending time with her 6 children and her 4 rescue dogs.

Beatrijs Verheijen is a Holistic Life Coach and Founder of Lux Aeterna, a platform providing holistic coaching and guidance to a diverse and varied clientele. After two decades of success in investment advisory services and management, Beatrijs decided to harness her entrepreneurial spirit and founded Lux Aeterna. As she communicates to her clients, Beatrijs believes firmly that following your heart and intuition will play a pivotal role in the growth of success and happiness in life.

Bianca Hammen joined AT&T in 2001. She stepped into her current role of Business Solutions Director in 2013 and is responsible for a $100 million revenue stream and for providing the strategy and road map for technology from a telecommunications perspective.
Bianca holds a BA in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Manufacturing Management from the University of Hertfordshire. She belongs to a networking group for women spanning across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She serves as a role model at schools engaging students in STEM and is fluent in Dutch, English and German. In the next five years, Bianca sees herself moving in the direction of Big Data and Cyber Security.
In her role, Bianca is a professional with 15 years of experience in pre- and post-sales ICT functions including bid management and sales, solution architecture and design (WAN, LAN, Voice, Mobility, Conferencing and Security),ITIL process and integration, service management and outsourcing. She has exceptional organizational, analytical, goal oriented and interpersonal skills. She has a drives for results and always delivers on commitments. Bianca is passionate about doing what is right for the customer, and striving for win-win solutions based on trust.
As a young girl Bianca wanted to understand how things work. In high school she studied along an engineers perspective and went on to University pursuing a BA in electrical engineering. Bianca worked with another European carrier before being approached by AT&T. She decided to stay in the telecommunications industry where her skill set exceeded expectations. Bianca attributes her success to never taking no for an answer. She also loves what she does and has a passion for what she does.
In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, swimming, soccer, theatre, and acting. She resides in Uden, Netherlands.

Angeles Islas is the Chief Financial Officer of En Kausa Aceleradores de Negocios SA de CV, a consultancy dedicated to guiding Mexican business professionals and companies in growth and acceleration of data, processes, strategy and organization. Also adept at recruitment and digital marketing, the firm was founded to enable entrepreneurs and companies to have the tools they need to generate a better quality of life, as well as create jobs and sale opportunities. With over 2 years of experience as CFO, Angeles has over 2 decades of finance experience for the international retail and wholesale industries, and is responsible for coordinating projects that will guide the financial footprint of En Kausa. She also facilitates financial strategies to export to other countries, and finds the most rewarding aspects of her profession to see companies mature and grow.
After graduating with a degree in Finance from the Universidad de Negocios ISEC, Angeles went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Master of Business Administration Global Commerce with an emphasis on China, Francia, Brasil, USA, Colombia and Mexico from the Institute. Prior to joining En Kausa, Angeles served as CFO of Vorwerk Mexico, S de R L de CV.
Angeles finds joy in using her knowledge of structuring and steering a company to help others create their own business, in order to generate more income for Mexico. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and resides in Mexico City. She looks to connect with other female professionals across Mexico and beyond, to exchange ideas. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, sports and spending time with her family.

Tiffany Taft is the brilliant, high achieving Sr. Security Governance Analyst in Information Security for the law firm Venable LLP. She has worked primarily within the healthcare vertical and enjoys the many learning opportunities the industry presents. As a Senior Security and Health IT executive, she has a keen awareness and understanding of how to maximize efficiency while addressing enterprise security posture through awareness training, technical security, and information security policies. It is through this alignment with business and IT where optimal results and leadership are realized.
Tiffany is also a PhD candidate who will be awarded her doctorate this fall in Information Assurance & Security from Capella University. In addition, she currently holds two Masters Degrees from Central Michigan University in Healthcare Administration and Information Resource Management, as well as a Masters Teaching Certification in Adult Learning.
As a senior leader within her organization with a focus on cybersecurity and risk, she brings a global presence and an understanding of the way to provide exception protections against loss and excellent ROI.
