Brenda Lydic is the Director of Adult and Children’s Outpatient Programs at WestCare Gulf coast Florida, a nonprofit organization offering substance abuse and prevention treatment programs for adults and youth, veterans, and the homeless. Prior to joining WestCare in 2015, she served as a Director/Supervisor for Directions for Mental Health, Inc. serving both adult and children clients with mental health issues resulting from assault and abuse, homelessness, substance use, criminal justice, and HIV/AIDS. With more than 22 years of experience in family and child counseling, Brenda is a seasoned expert at navigating the complex waters of substance abuse and mental health issues, and specializes in trauma, crisis and substance abuse cases.
Having earned a bachelor’s degree in Community Mental Health and Social Work from the State University of New York Empire State College, Brenda completed her Masters in License Mental Health therapy from Argosy University of Sarasota and is currently completing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialty in Trauma and Crisis from Walden University.
Brenda conducts the Assisted Living Facilities Limited License Mental Health Training for the Central Florida Behavior Health Network. She is driven by a passion to provide support and help to families with children, and finds great reward in equipping her clients so they can achieve greater success in their personal and professional life. She resides in Odessa, Florida, and is a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota the international Honor Society. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys traveling, writing, photography and painting.

Tanya Rideout is the Founder and Director of Gentle Touch Home Care Services, a professional homecare service provider offering in-home respite and personal care for senior citizens and other ill or infirm patients who require additional assistance around the home. Offering the Elderly and Disabled Medicaid Waiver, the firm was established in 2007 and has helped numerous individuals remain in their homes and communities, allowing them to enjoy a more affordable and convenient setting than to uproot and move into an assisted care facility.
A lifelong resident of Columbia, Mississippi, Tanya is a pillar of her community and is driven by the desire to help the elderly by any means possible. She has over 15 years of experience in the medical and wellness field, as well as in marketing and the nursing home or office environment. She is a member of the Home Care Association of America, American Veterans Care Connection, Veterans Home Care, Vet Assist and the Area of Development Partnerships.
Tanya completed studies in Medical Office Technology from Jones County Junior College, and is highly adept at medical administration as well as caretaking. She is a proud wife and mother of two, and a seasoned public speaker. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys volunteering and serving as a mentor.

Jane Ross is the Founder, Owner and Director of The Ross Group LLC, a business consultancy offering expertise in engineering, intellectual property, expense reduction and tax services to improve clients’ revenue and daily profits. She also served as the Wholesale Account Director for NorthPoint Communications and Director of Sales for Sonic Telecom. Prior to founding The Ross Group in 2015, she served as the Account Director of Content Markets and Enterprise Groups for Level 3 Communications. She has also worked in the non-profit sector, as Fundraising and Marketing Manager for the Pentagon Memorial Fund, via The Webster Group.
Jane credits her success to a strong focus and work ethic, the ability to build and retain key business relationships, and a knack for problem solving. She enjoys the variety and challenges that come from working with a range of business sizes and types, and serves as a mentor to her team and colleagues on account management and practices.
