Anita Valrygg is the Owner and Principal of Valrygg Architcture, a boutique architectural firm based in Cophenhagen, Denmark. Offering exceptional design solutions for both commercial and residential projects, the firm operates on the vision that beauty exists in something done well. Committed to revealing the beauty in everyday life, finding the harmony in form and function informed every step of her design process and implementation.
 
Having founded the firm in 2014, made a strong impression in her early career, winning numerous awards for her expertise. She won the 2008 Honorable mention for the BAF Pavilion Competition, was nominated for a 2010 AIA Jean Roth Driskel Scholarship, received a 2010 ASAF Scholarship, and in 2011 earned the Sci-arc Thesis Scholarship. She also earned a grant from the Graham Foundation for her 2010 “Thinking the Future (s) of Auschwitz” to IDEA Office 2010, Eric Kahn & Russell Thomsen, and in 2013 received Honorable Mention in the Bodo City Hall Competition.
 
In addition to running her architectural practice, Anita is a Founder of Founder of HUS Ø “the House” Copenhagen, an innovative workshop comprised of creative minds across a range of fields, offering a Nordic design perspective to a global market. Her forward thinking mindset has also led her to become Co-Owner of Kristiania, and Co-Funder of Standing.DK.
 
After earning a Bachelor of Architecture from the Bergen School of Architecture, Anita went on to complete her Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. She is a member of MAA, the Danish Architect’s Association, and MNAL, the National Association of Norwegian Architects.

Karin Baumgartner is the Regional Manager for Colombia, Costa Rica and Venezuela of Excel Logistics Group, an international firm that specializes in global air and ocean freight, customs services, and other logistics solutions. Having joined the firm in 2008, Karin has over 11 years of experience in he industry and was appointed the new Regional Manager in July. In her role, Karin oversees budget maintenance, commercial functions and supervises the sales team. One of her greatest accomplishments has been opening the Costa Rican office, for which she hired and trained all staff.
 
After earning a degree in Modern Languages, Administration and Management from Metropolitan University, Karin launched her career as an account executive for Venamcham. Prior to joining Excel Logistics Group, she was the Retention Manager & BPA for Venezuela at Expeditors International.
 
Karin credits her success to facing challenges head-on and taking a lot of risks. She resides in Bogota, Colombia and speaks fluent English, Spanish and German. Outside of work she enjoys helping a local organization, to which she donates funds for stray dogs.

Beth Ellen Campbell joined One Works SpA, an Italian hub for architecture, infrastructure and urban engineering, with offices in Milan, Venice, Rome, London, Dubai, and Doha, in 2014 as Strategy and Outreach Director bringing to the office comprehensive design, management, capacity building, and analysis and strategy skills. She curated in house the new web site and monograph volume and in two years’ time branded One Works with a corporate image, increased its public awareness on an international level, and helped to better the company’s reputation with a sequential substantial upturn in the business earnings.
 
Beth was local project manager from 2006-2009 under Adamson Associates, Toronto and Jacobs, Milan for the Hines, Porta Nuova Milano, Garibaldi Repubblica and Varesina Projects. Beginning with the feasibility study for the Unicredit Headquarters she led the multi international design teams through the maze of Italian building codes and by laws, coordinating and controlling the project drawings up through the executive phases for tender completing protocol for 3 Preliminary Approvals and 19 Building Permits in a three-year span.
 
Beth received her Masters in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and her BFA in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design, NYC. A prolific public speaker, she is frequently asked to lecture at seminars and workshops to share her work experience with the public. Beth is adjunct Professor at Politecnico di Milano, Urban Planning Department for the past 22 years. Her teachings concentrate on analytical-interpretative exercises evaluating a specific urban area’s performance and territorial sustainability capacity.
 
Beth Ellen resides in Milan, Italy and is fluent in Italian and English. When not working she enjoys tennis, sailing, skiing, and taking care of her home.

Melissa Larsen is the Owner of Broadway Performance Productions, a renowned, Arkansas-based platform through which Melissa and her team provide coaching for the personal development of young performers, talent for acting and modeling, and production for professional trailers and demos. As a Nationwide Talent, Modeling Casting Director and Scout, she works entertainment agencies across the country to find and develop the best talent. Broadway Performance Productions functions as a full-service facility, specializing in the production of trailers, commercials, video and print.  It recently won Agency of the Year.
 
With over 25 years of experience in her field, including successful acting pursuits as a young woman, Melissa is uniquely poised to provide each of her clients with the specific tools necessary for their personal development and talents. Moving forward, Melissa plans to continue to hone her penchant for public and motivational speaking in order to lead others toward a more positive lifestyle.

Anita A. Henry is the Director of PC/EBG Quality Strategy and Operations/Chief of Staff at Lenovo, a multinational leader in DataCenter, storage and mobile technology for large enterprise, home and office solutions. With over 20 years of experience in product development and global supply chain strategy, Anita is an accomplished and highly recognized business transformation executive. She has demonstrated expertise in developing and directing cross-functional teams to solve large complex E2E problems. Having been with Lenovo since 2007, in her current role she received the Individual Excellence Award for Global Operations, in recognition of having developed and executed an integrated quality strategy across the PC & Enterprise Business Units.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and Engineering with a minor in Statistics from the University of Alabama, Anita went on to complete a master’s degree in Managerial Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining Lenovo, she worked for other industry giants including Motorola and Dell, and also as a Career Coach through Directions4Success. While at Motorola, she became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is also LSS MBB/PMP certified.
 
Anita is a member of Women in Technology International and the Society of Women Engineers, and remains closely affiliated with the Institute for Managerial Leadership at University of Texas, Austin. She resides in Austin, where she enjoys competing as a member of Team USA International Triathlon, as well as being a former NCAA Division Champion in Swimming.
