Lacy Blackmon is an oil and gas industry professional of over ten years, working in finance and having recently inherited a business. Now the current owner of Old South Fabricators, Lacy’s goal is to not only see it survive during this depressed oil market, but to see it thrive and continue to grow.
Lacy has a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana College and worked in tax services for three years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She is very proud of having sustained her husband’s business after his recent passing. Her success can be attributed to hard work and perseverance. Lacy has volunteered for the Junior League of Alexandria for almost seven years, where she served on several councils, chaired several different committees, and served on the board for two years, first as the VP of the Administrative Council and currently as Treasurer. Over the years, Lacy has also been involved in the Children’s and Youth Ministry at her home church.
Lacy resides in Alexandria, Louisiana. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crossfitting, reading, and bow hunting in her time off.

Xenia Schlegel is an expert in branding, marketing, communication, and excellence through creative passion. She is dedicated to make you and your brand stand out. Her most recent role was Director of Marketing for Save the Children, where she was in charge of communications and fundraising and her responsibilities also included the branding of the organization, fundraising and resource mobilization among private and corporate donors, media relations, publications and internal communications.
Xenia also held a prior career as an Artist and Repertoire Manager at Sony Music Entertainment. She received her Master of advanced Studies (MAS) in Arts Management from the ZHAW School of Management and Law, 2009, and she is fluent in German, French, English, Italian, and Spanish.
Outside of work Xenia is a member of the Social Media Innovators Innovation by illumiNation.com, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Tate Museum, and the Liechtenstein Museum. She is an avid supporter of the arts, particularly modern art. She enjoys travel and staying fit and well balanced through meditation, as well as spending time with family and friends. She resides in Zurich, Switzerland.

Karine Hoang is the Head of Sales over Southern Europe at Smart Beta Strategies & ETF for OSSIAM, a position she has held since 2011. She covers all aspects of business development and coverage of institutional clients and asset managers (including multi-managers, diversified portfolio managers) for France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. Ossiam is specialized in smart beta strategies, based on a systematic and quantitative approach.
Karine graduated with a financial engineering degree from École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris, an Ivy League engineering school in France, in 1998. Prior to OSSIAM she worked as a senior strategy consultant at Arthur D. Little and then in the finance sector as a manager in strategy consulting at Solving International to lead a large-scale reengineering project. Karine followed that position as a structured product engineer in the equity derivatives and alternative investments division for Société Générale S.A. After two years there, she moved back to financial engineering industry, working for three years in institutional investor relations at Lyxor Asset Management in order to develop the transferable technical skills she is gaining in the exchange traded fund business.
Karine has been promoted in these professional fields in a natural progression throughout her career by being a finance-engineering hybrid. She would be delighted to develop a networking and action plan to raise her profile and further develop skills that will positively affect her career. She believes her ability and talents to share experience and network could also help women to thrive in their occupation.
In the next three to five years, Karine strives to hold an executive-level position and grow in her professional network. The keys to her success are her mentors, scientific background, always having a positive perspective and a little bit of luck. The highlight of her career is the professional development she has acquired over time.
In her spare time, she enjoys travel and all things equestrian. She resides in Paris, France.

Wanda Mcdougald is the Owner of WJ McDougald INC ( Goin Postal). She has contracts with FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. They offer notary, printing, faxing, and print business cards and banners. Wanda is also going to incorporate her Aflac insurance into the company in the near future.
Wanda has had several different careers throughout her life. She received her CNA in high school and was in that profession for 12 years. Wanda then became a machine operator for a medical company. She did that for 12 years, as well as data accuracy for 7 years. Outside of work, Wanda has dedicated her life to volunteering at her church in helping the homeless, the sick, and the children in her community.

Anita is currently the Chief Financial Officer of St. Vincent Medical Center (One of 6 Verity Health System Facilities, formerly known as Daughters of Charity) in California. She has been in various Hospital Financial Executive positions over the last 12 years. She attained her Master’s Degree in Health Administration from The University of Southern California in 2005 after attaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from The University of California, San Diego in 1998.
Prior to her current role, she was the Chief Financial Officer of the Hospital System for Prospect Medical Holdings in Los Angeles, California where she contributed to over 100% growth in net revenues of the hospital system from 2013-2015, including the acquisition and turnaround of a three-facility health system in Rhode Island. She was responsible for the financial reporting & cash management for this expanding multiple-facility hospital system with presence in California, Texas, and Rhode Island with 13 health care facilities, 2,258 licensed beds and annual net revenues of over $1 billion during her tenure.
Anita has hospital management experience in managing the close process, revenue cycle management, financial statement preparation and analysis, annual operating and capital budgets, grant expenditure management, decision support and strategic planning. She is a results-driven leader adept in mentoring and developing team members to advance into next generation financial executives.
