Anita Kushen Gianes is the Owner of Anita Kushen & Associates. She has worked in publishing for more than 30 years and has worked with many revered published authors in her career.
 
Having worked as a freelance editor for many years, Anita has mentored young aspiring men and women in the literary field at The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She began her own literary agency over 16 years ago, AKA Anita Kushen & Associates, Inc. Anita now recently reestablished her agency and hopes to continue to publish, edit, and mentor young talent along while expanding her public speaking and continuing work at Universities.
 
Anita is an advocate of animal rights, and brings a large skillset to the network including: publishing, blogging, social media marketing, creative writing, entrepreneurship and executive business administration. In her spare time she enjoys travel, but calls Colorado Springs, Colorado home.

With over 30 years of international experience in design and consulting, she is a highly sought after expert in all aspects of the creative design and logistical process. Her work can be seen in destinations including Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom and LA. Some of her top clients include the Sheraton and Marriott hotel brands, and her residential projects generally serve international clientele operating on an average budget of between £4 and £18 million.
 
As qualified global interior designer, Christine offers specialist services and has not only organized and created new national and international Interior/FF&E departments but also assessed, progressed and re-shaped existing ones. She is that rare interior designer whose excellence is evident in both the hotel and residential sectors, and she is able to offer her clients a full suite of service that includes all aspects of design, systems, staffing, and general interfacing on all levels within a company and its clients or relevant hotel operator. Christine has also provided her expertise in part fully to architects and fellow designers, who do not possess the infrastructure to facilitate or complete their projects.
 
Christine credits her success to understanding that what makes a gifted designer truly rise above the rest is the ability to foster key relationships, and to accurately interpret the brief, which in turn maintains her client’s loyalty. She is comfortable with geographic relocation, and has built her reputation upon efficient systems/infrastructure, creativity and design integrity. She is able to strike the optimum balance between the practical and the instinctive, and uses a “creative team” approach by ensuring clear access to information.
 
In addition to running Associated Designers Ltd (UK) and the additional associated designers-CHF (LA, USA), Christine is also a Specialist Consultant, Lead Interior and FF&E Designer for hotel and elite residential projects. In this capacity, she spent 5 years as the Head of Interior and FF&E for Echo Architecture, successfully building the appropriate teams and infrastructure. She also worked with high profile international architects, such as BDP (UK) and Michaelis Boyd (UK), to name but a few. Outside of work, Christine enjoys photography, printmaking and gardening.

Caterina Lanteigne currently serves as the Clinical Manager for Niagara Health System (NHS), a multi-site hospital network based of 6 main locations that serve 434,000 residents across the 12 municipalities that comprise the Regional Municipality of Niagara. With over 25 years of experience in the nutrition, healthcare and managerial sectors, Caterina provides managerial support for the Port Colborne site.  Part of the responsibilities include nsuring the urgent care center functions under best practices along with the Complex Care Unit. She coordinates employee staffing and relations, among other human resources and recruitment functions, and promotes a culture of positive patient-staff relations. Additionally, she handles critical financial and data analysis to meet goals system-wide, and acts as the point of contact between departments to ensure efficient and optimized operations.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolics from the University of Western Ontario, Caterina went on to join the Niagara region healthcare system. She spent 16 years at the head of the diabetes program, quickly establishing herself in the region and taking on additional managerial responsibility. In 2005, she oversaw the hospital system-wide program for wound care, as well as the allied health staff for the rehabilitation program for the Welland Site. In addition she helped develop and launch the cardiac rehab and heart function programs. In 2014, she changed focus to oversee the Complex Care 46 inpatient units and the Urgent Care Centre, maintaining a staff that included physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered practical nurses, personal support workers as well as the allied health including physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech language therapist and recreational therapists.
 
Caterina credits her success to her ability to foster key relationships, highly engage with the challenges set before her, and exceptional listening skills. The highlight of her career was development and expansion of the diabetes program for the Niagara region, and being able to create this coalition currently stands as her is her biggest achievement. She also enjoys the opportunity to mentor colleagues in their managerial roles. In addition to English, Caterina speaks Italian fluently conversational French.

Nathalie Chartier is a dynamic workplace consultant and mentor with expertise in managerial training and workplace transformation for professionals and organizations. With more than 25 years of experience, she is a seasoned collaboration builder and workplace culture navigator. Her proficiency is the result of her extensive background in training and management in the fields of retail and financial services.
 
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Nathalie has served for over 16 years as District Manager for nationwide as well as worldwide retailers. Over the last three years, she has held this position at National Money Mart, an alternative financial services company. She is known for her keen ability to facilitate collaboration and soft skills development in managerial ranks. She knows how to focus on the best management practices that will attract and retain customers as well as talent. One of her forte is finding ways to motivate others, and facilitating the development of a culture that is aligned with company values ​​at all levels. A born communicator, she serves as a catalyst for collaboration, and helps her clients to build viable action plans to meet long- and short-term goals.  Her ultimate approach is to promote win-win solutions for both leaders and employees.
 
A resident of Montreal, Quebec, Nathalie fluently speaks French and English.
 
On a personal level, she is engaged in her own competency development. She is currently completing an undergraduate degree at UQAM University. She already holds a Master’s diploma from Reiki Home Care Quebec (2014).
