Tara MacDonald graduated with a B.A. in English literature with honors from Trent University in Ontario, Canada in 1997. She traveled from her home in Nova Scotia to do her degree there, so she could combine a love of travel with education. In 2002, she completed her B.B.A. marketing and management from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and she has become a certified professional career coach and received a fitness instruction certification.
 
She founded Tara MacDonald Fit Club, Inc., in 2014. This is a personal training studio and her second company, but this is her first business centering on health and wellness. As a plus-sized woman due to a hormone imbalance, she has coached other plus-sized individuals since 2004, and through that she has realized how women and men want to be heard and supported when discussing and making an effort to improve their health. Tara’s workshops with plus-sized individuals are the most popular services she offers at her club.
 
Tara is a member of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association and a certified Walk 15 fitness leader. She has attended the Highland Coaching Creative Business Retreat, Activate Her Awesome, the Coaches Training Institute, and the IDEA FIT conference and IDEA Success Academy in order to learn more about fitness training and to improve her skills so she may better assist clients in living a healthier lifestyle.
 

 
Rochelle McNaughton is an accomplished CPA, CA, and Manager at Renaissance Group CPA Ltd. The Renaissance Group is a firm of Chartered Professional Accountants located in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada that offers a variety of services including accounting and assurance, corporate and personal tax compliance, M&A services; and specialty tax consulting. Some of Rochelle’s daily responsibilities entail bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks, and admin using PowerPoint, Sage, and Microsoft Excel.
 
A dynamic young professional who has fast tracked her career to the level of Management in a short period of time, she is a force to be reckoned with in her field. She is also responsible for managing 7 students attending CPA programs, in addition to having direct client contact.  She enjoys the diverse groups of people and industries that her professional career allows her to interact with.  Her day is anything but monotonous.
 
A graduate of The University of British Columbia, Rochelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting. She is highly skilled in tax preparation, accounting, customer service, account reconciliation, financial reporting, consulting, client management, staff development, business administration management and more.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing hockey, and playing softball. She resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Lena is a Swedish authority on women and leadership and is one of the authors of Beyond the Glass Ceiling. She is also founder of a company specializing on recruiting women to company boards and executive positions, Styrelsebalans.
 
Lena is a certified CBT therapist, author and relationship expert, specializing in employee and leadership development. Lena has in addition to her background in cognitive psychology, experience as a journalist and Chief Editor at one of Sweden’s largest book publishers. She has started up two companies and has advised a large number of executives, in a variety of industries, during start up, development and close down.
 
After earning a degree from Stockholm University, Lena discovered her passion for management consulting and entrepreneurship. Over the years, she has served in a consulting capacity in both global and national companies like Scandinavian Airlines, banks like Ikano Bank SE, SEB and Nordnet, in food chains like Coop and Lantmännen. Good Relations created a turnaround in one of Sweden’s largest private health comapanies, regarding values, leadership and wellbeing. The ROI was 10 times the investment. She also taught for 5 years at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institute. In addition to founding Good Relations, she was CEO and Co-Founder of Styrelsebalans, and served as a Board Member of United Spaces for 3 years.
 
Lena credits her success to her entrepreneurial mindset, honesty and courage. She can ask the crucial questions in her work with management teams, and is known for her wisdom, pride and charisma. She is a Registered psychotherapist, specialist within cognitions and behaviors by the Swedish Institute for CBT and Schema Therapy, and resides in Stockholm, Sweden. She speaks fluent English and Swedish. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, golf and spending time with her family.

Joy Rounsavall is the creator and owner of Status Luxury Candles, a manufacturer and wholesaler of luxury candles in Houma, Louisiana. Her educational and career background are in the realm of accounting and office management, but candle-making has been something she’s always enjoyed. After a period of selling items from her candle-making hobby on eBay, she felt ready to transform her hobby into this business in 2016.

She invests diligent time and effort, ensuring that her candles are made of the finest ingredients, including French fragrances customized to her liking and specifications. The launch of her brand will start with four scents. She aims to branch out to big box stores, luxury spas, hotels, and salons. She wants everyone in the world to have one of her high quality, long lasting luxury candles. Her ultimate goal is to be one of the top candle manufacturing companies in the world.
