Laura is a successful graphic designer holding 20 years of experience. A creative individual with the ability to understand complex business challenges, she visualizes the solution to every project at hand. She is highly skilled at brainstorming ideas that support marketing initiatives, and is known for excellent follow-through to deliver finished pieces that lead to successful marketing campaigns. As a graphic design professional since 1995, she prides herself on going above and beyond expectations with creativity and delivery. She would describe her style as classically modern to ensure timelessness yet relevancy for the current trends and styles.
 
Laura strives to get every project spot-on to help every client improve their ROI, drive leads and ultimately sales for the company’s business. She has worked with large and small teams on a local level as well as globally. She is very proud to have gotten her start in New York City and have since moved to the San Francisco Bay area where she developed and refined her skills. Wanda R. Sanchez Pierluisi has been in her current position as vice president of EMI Equity Mortgage Inc, since February 2013. She is highly knowledgeable of the mortgage industry with 33 years of experience in various positions and areas of responsibilities. She is responsible for training personnel, as well as others in the industry regarding new requirements and product changes; in charge of the processing and closing departments ,  she has worked with developing procedures, compliance audits evaluating risks, organizing and creating business opportunities for new business, and implementing new procedures; offers solid contributions in the operations of the bank, policies procedures, process redesign, and education to personnel; has exceptional ability, motivational skills, dedication to guiding, developing and train human resources in the different subjects related to that industry and sales motivation. She does public speaking quite frequently on topics of mortgage products, agency requirements, risk analysis and compliance. She is most proud of seeing people smile as she assisted them in receiving a mortgage to buy a house and during hard time helping to retain their property.
 
Wanda has received the Willis Bryant Award, which recognizes the outstanding academic achievement in the three courses of Campus MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) and is awarded to the top student graduate at each offering of SOMB Course III, achieving a grade of “excellent” on all SOMB exams, and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities in both the classroom and when interacting with other students. She is the industry standard of professional success, symbolizes respect, credibility, ethics, and achievement within real estate finance. She is considered as a subject matter expert in the field. She is part of the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Banking School at the MBA of PR.
 
Her future plans are to create a legacy and train others to carry it forward and to grow Equity Mortgage Inc to a new level. Wanda is a focused, highly motivated, dedicated professional always looking for new ways to improve the processes and areas of responsibilities. She has been successful due to hard work, dedication, and her love of learning and teaching. She resides in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
 
At EMI Equity Mortgage Inc., she is responsible for processing and closing of the mortgage loans.  She also assists with the training of the personnel an also partners and realtors in the industry. Equity has the approval of organizations such as the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (OCIF), “Federal Home Administration (FHA)”, “Veterans Administration (VA)”, “MGIC” and “Ginnie Mae (GNMA)” “Fannie Mae (FNMA)”. They have available the products on the market: such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, “Rural Development.
 
Currently Equity Mortgage, the only purely Puerto Rican Mortgage Bank, which offers services from “A” to “Z” since they originated, sell directly to secondary markets and serve their mortgages. This means that when the customers close their loan, they become part of the EMI family.

Sue Jung is the CFO and Executive VP of Toonbox Entertainment Ltd, a Canadian animation studio best known for its 2014 animated feature film The Nut Job. With over a decade of experience in multiple fields, including administration, management, and law, in addition to a multi-cultural and international background, Sue is perfectly poised to stand at the helm of Toonbox, where she dynamically oversees global productions for film and television.
 
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Sue went on to receive a Diploma in Economics from Ryerson University. Before assuming her current position, Sue garnered invaluable experience in the industry while serving as General Manager and Accounting & Administrative Manager for Toonbox.
 
Sue Jung resides in Ontario, Canada and speaks various languages, including Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, French and English.

Jill Bagwe currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Onlea Corporation, a producer of mindful, online learning tools that are crafted with scholarship, creativity and quality. With a proven ability to manage operational budgets in excess of $15 million and nearly 20 years of professional experience in academia, technology and leadership, Jill leads her team and devises operational strategies to achieve organizational goals with efficiency and propel the company’s mission.  Jill works to optimize Onlea’s exceptional service offerings by managing the firm’s people, facilities and processes.
 
Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta, where she was awarded the 2010 Excellence in Leadership Award for her awareness of and attention to issues and concerns that impact the quality of the work and learning environment. She also completed the Supervisory Development Program at the University of Alberta Faculty of Extension. Prior to joining Onlea, Jill served as the Assistant Chair (Administration) for the Department of Chemistry at the University of Alberta where she managed the day-to-day operations of the department encompassing human resources in a complex unionized environment, facilities, and finances.
 
A pillar of her community and avid philanthropist, Jill is a member of the Alberta Diabetes Foundation Gala and Auction Planning Committee, and has served on committees for the Edmonton Bicycle and Touring Club, Making Waves Swim Club, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. She has also helped plan multiple Women in Scholarship, Engineering, Science and Technology (WISEST) Symposia and golf tournaments.
 
Jill resides in Edmonton, Alberta. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling and cooking, and is an avid reader.

Deborah Bressie is Vice President of Operations at Pan Asian Chemicals coordinating between China, South America, and the U.S. She is passionate about her work and enjoys working in the oil and gas industry. In her role as VP, she manages all aspects of global operations and logistics, including warehousing, import and export, distribution, inventory control, demand planning, and commercial leadership. Her primary objective at Pan Asian Chemicals Inc., is to utilize her extensive expertise to increase company profits, reduce and control expenses, mitigate exposure, and continue to guide the company in the direction of integrity, growth and prosperity.
 
Before working in her current position, she spent 15 years in metal trading. She speaks regularly at presentations about HAZMAT, regulatory issues, EPA and is particularly skilled in the areas of global operations, commercial procurements, international logistics, warehousing, imports and exports, distribution, inventory control, demand planning, commercial leadership, freight forwarding, inventory management, and HAZMAT.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys sailing and most outdoor activities. She is an animal lover, and lives in Missouri City, Texas.
