Dr. Margaret F. Reid Professor is a Professor in the Department of Political Sciences at the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. An impassioned researcher and educator, her current research focuses on sustainable community development, gendered workplaces, and the complexities of multi-actor policy partnerships, as well as nonprofit capacity building through the 501c3 “Nonprofit Change Project” (http://ncp.uark.edu). As founder of the NCP, she currently serves as its President and oversees its mission to strengthen and improve the capacity of regional nonprofit organizations.
In addition to her work with the NCP, Margaret is a prolific author, having co-authored and published the book Glass Walls and Glass Ceilings: Women’s Representation in State and Municipal Bureaucracies. Her research has also been featured in Sex Roles, Journal of Women, Politics & Policy, Administration & Society, Public Administration Review, American Review of Public Administration, Review of Public Personnel Administration, State and Local Government Review, Urban Affairs Review, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems, Information & Management, Journal of Asian and African Studies, and International Journal of Tourism, as well as Strategy & Leadership.
After earning a Master of Public Administration in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, she went on to complete a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 1986 she completed her doctorate in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma, focusing on Public Administration and Urban Planning.
Outside of her non-profit and University endeavors, Margaret also engages in a number of international projects, working with colleagues across the Middle East, Africa and China.
Despite the international scope of her career, Margaret is a key figure in the Fayetteville, Arkansas community. She is a member of the national Association of Strategic Planning, and serves on the strategy committee for the Northwest Arkansas Continuum of Care whose mission is to address growing homelessness in the region as well as on the strategy committee for the region’s United Way to support capacity building for nonprofits.

Karoline Heinrich is an Energy Economist, who helps women in business create the happy, fulfilled, successful, and rewarding lives they desire to lead.
Through her company Carollyne Corner GmbH, Karoline brings her training in finance and human resources to her work, which helps her clients view their work not just as an economic exchange, but one of energy as well.

Karoline resides in Baar, Switzerland but works with women around the world. She is fluent in German, Swiss and English and enjoys travel, reading, and yoga when not working.

Stefania Bernardini is the Unilever Global Key Account Manager at IARP, now merged by incorporation in EPTA SPA. She is a valued asset in her company, and has been working there for 16 years.
EPTA group is an acknowledged worldwide leader in the Professional Refrigeration business.
Stefania has established productive and deeply rooted relationships with strategic personnel in the assigned customer account; coordinates the involvement of company staff, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and exceed customers’ expectations. She meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account, and leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company staff.
With more than 15 years of fast-moving consumer goods experience in the professional refrigeration industry, Stefania is highly accomplished in project development and sales. She received a marketing degree from Università Commerciale ‘Luigi Bocconi’ in 1996 and joined SDA Bocconi Milan Negotiation & Influence (2015) / KAM (2016) Courses. Her area of expertise is in sales management, product development, and product management, and she is quite experienced in customer service. She is a Key Account Manager who is trained to liaise with her high-end customers, and she appreciates the demanding standards such customers solicit, being able to churn out superior results under pressure.
Stefania has very strong relationship building skills and the ability to close sales deals that will meet budgeted margins and correspond to the company’s sales policies. She is a dedicated team member at EPTA SPA with a hands-on style of management. She has competence in dealing with a complex, multi-faceted setting. In June 2013, Unilever CEO Paul Polman presented her with the Partner to Win Special Contribution Award for her excellence in overall contribution to Unilever, demonstrating a long-term commitment to Unilever’s Refreshment Category Business and significant results.
As her Company has transferred the export business to its legal entities in Hungary and Singapore, Stefania will visit the sites periodically to share her common values. Stefania believes hard work, dedication and self-improvement is the reason why she is so successful.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling, but calls Casale, Italy home.

Anne-Laure Moron is a business development professional and currently works as the General Manager for Roche Bobois at the Masaryk Masaryk.
Highly skilled in client prospecting campaigns, client relationship skills, client services, project planning and implementation, effective internal and external communication, administration and teamwork. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Anne-Laure has a strong track record for developing long-term, partnership-focused business relationships. A high-energy and well-cultured professional with work experience in France and Mexico, she is adaptive to cultural sensitivities and has lived in Africa, the French Caribbean, Asia, France, the US and Latin America. She received a Master’s Degree in International Business from Université Paris IX Dauphine- Paris and is a strong networker with polished soft skills and a dedication to putting clients first.

Charlotte Bande is a Senior Strategic Sustainability Consultant for Quantis, a consortium of “creative geeks”, working to guide the world’s top organizations to define, shape and implement environmental sustainability solutions through the delivery of resilient strategies, robust metrics, and state of the art communications and tools.
As a quickly rising young business professional, Charlotte is passionate about her work in sustainable development and has extensively studied to understand the environmental challenges companies face and support them to define sustainable strategies in line with our planet’s needs, allowing the business to grow while respecting the planet.
After spending 6 months in exchange focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility from Jonköping University, Charlotte went on to complete a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering and Sustainable Development at ULB- Solvay SBS-EM. She conducted her thesis on the Monetisation of externalities: holistic and critical analysis of the SPM methodology developed by Solvay S.A. under supervision from the dean of the faculty.
Prior to joining the team at Quantis in 2015, Charlotte served as a Management Consultant for Phinest. She continues to develop and research new means by which to integrate sustainable methods into business and the world at large. She resides in Brussels, Belgium while working in Paris and speaks fluent English and French.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Charlotte enjoys field hockey, dancing and any water sports (kitesurfing, wakeboarding …).
