Deidre Bridge is Risk Manager at the Bank of New Zealand. Having many years experience in the field, she never wanted to have a front line sales role within banking so she looked into operations and started in quality assurance, and works in risk management. She loves the flexibility and is highly skilled at the numerous aspects of the role.
She says personal development training has helped her along the way, and is proud of a major Business Continuity Plan she spearheaded, during the merge of two bank systems in New Zealand.
