Silvia Hernandez is an architect at Greenplan SA, a branch of prolific international architectural firm Zürcher Arquitectos. With over two decades of experience in the field, Silvia specializes in landscape architecture. She is an expert in landscape design and master planning, and brings her unique creative touch into each project she undertakes. She focuses on the physical characteristics or each individual site, and listens to her client’s goals to synthesize both natural and constructed facets to create beautiful, functional, environmentally friendly and impactful spaces at an effective cost point.
 
After earning studying Architectural Drawing and Eduation at the Colegio Vocacional Monseñor Sanabria, Silvia became certified in AutoCAD, three-dimensional modeling and residential electrical installations. She launched her career as a draftsperson of several architects and engineers. In 2000 she launches her own architectural drawing company Harquitec with which she wins the contracts to work for ten consecutive years for the OEPI which is the executing agency for investment projects for the University of Costa Rica, and rose her way up the ranks in drafting at several other prestigious private firms. In 2008, she completed a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
 
Outside of her work with Greenplan SA and Zürcher Arquitectos, Silvia also served on the faculty of the Universidad Hispanoamericana. Her work has been featured in numerous professional publications and magazines. She is passionate about the work that she does and the spaces she creates for her clients, and credits her success to perseverance and having a strong team. In addition to being a lifetime member of the WWA, Silvia is a member of the Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y Arquitectos profesionales (CFIA) and the nonprofit ONG.
 
Silvia resides in San Jose, Costa Rica and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys a workout fitness lifestyle, swimming and travel.

Linda Woodford has over 20 years of experience in Customer Services. Her most recent position as Senior Vice President of Customer Support for ESW Capital involved the management of Support professionals in a global remote working environment.

Having coached and mentored many people in work environments from those just starting out in their careers to established professionals looking to improve their performance, she has launched two coaching companies, Woodford Coaching (https://www.woodfordcoaching.com/) and The Personal Life Coach ( www.thepersonallifecoach.com). She is utilizing her extensive business experience to help people realize their personal goals. She is very passionate about coaching, and truly loves seeing others reach their full potential.

She qualified in Hotel Management from the Black Pool Technical College from 1986. She started in customer service 30 years ago and worked her way up to Director of Support[ Services. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and watching sports.

Zahie Tellez is a Chef with over eleven years of experience in her career. For the last eight years, she has worked on a cooking TV show which is currently on it’s eighth season, and she also own her own business. The show premiers twice a year and runs for approximately 30 minutes. Zahie also provides cooking classes and demos.

Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Zahie went on to receive a Master’s degree in Italian Cuisine from ITCIF in 2007. She is currently a member of the Chef Association.

Her resume is stocked with accomplishments and experience, some of which include being Executive Chef in Salotto in Mexico, being on the first season of Gourmet.com- Enchilarte, Gastronomy teacher at CESSA, opening of José Guadalupe Platos de Cuchara in 2014, EXPO at Milan, Discovery Networks and Chef Ambassador for Miele, Correspondent in Mexico for Parabere, the most prestigious woman in gastronomy Forum, being part of Cordon Blue Florence in 2017, Events in Fairmont Hotels in Banff and Calgary in Candada, the launch the cover of Travel Girl Magazine in Atlanta USA, CDMX gastronomic turism videos international presence, and is on her 8th season TV Platos de Cuchara.

In the coming years, Zahie plans to continue cooking and growing in her profession. She attributes her success to  the passion she has for her work. Beatriz Sertori is a CMO at Savvy- Marketing As A Service. She has been in marketing for over 12 years and started her own marketing firm. She has worked with several consumer goods companies from different sectors, from chocolates and cosmetics to sandals. She is currently working with a Swiss cosmetics company as a marketing partner.

A highly skilled marketing professional with extensive business experience, she has prior work experience with A.T.Kearney Consulting, Mars, Johnson&Johnson, Kraft / Mondelez and Alpargatas. Currently in charge of Savvy – Marketing As A Service, she works diligently to provide marketing consultancy, strategy, planning, and management to a myriad of companies.

Beatriz graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the Pontific Catholic University of Brazil. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from ESPM in 2007. She is best known for her skills in marketing. She is a voluntary Business Guru at Brazil’s Entrepreneurial Alliance and a member of the Business Administration Council. She attributes her success to her hard work and loving what she does. In the future she hopes to expand her business in order to be able to hire more competent mother professionals who have transitioned from corporate life because of their families. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to exploring new opportunities.

Adriana Assis is the Human Resource Director for Midea Carrier and has more than 20 years of experience in national and multinational companies. A generalist HR professional, she has been in charge of Human Resource and Compliance since 2006 at Carrier and Midea Carrier.  She wants the company to have a better environment for people from any gender, race or religion, giving them opportunities to grow and have more meaningful work experience.

Adriana has international experience in US, Canada and Latin America countries, and is fluent in English and Spanish. She focuses on aligning HR projects, processes and practices to business strategy. She also acts as business partner, focusing on change management, leadership development and governance support, and she’s involved in coaching and mentoring programs. She is a sponsor for the Ethics and Compliance program, and is the Invited Professor for the disciplines of Change Management and Competencies Management at ESPM- RS University on MBA courses.

She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rio Grande DoSul Federal University, 2010, and is a member of The American Chamber Organization.  Prior to her graduate work, she earned a degree in Psychology in 1986 with post grade in Quality and Productivity in 1996.

Adriana is going to be awarded for twenty years of service by the Human Resources Program for the Epic’s Programs and she received an award for the Young Apprentice Award received by Brazilian Human Resources Association.  She is looking forward to continuing to contribute to the organization.  She enjoys arts and reading in her spare time.
