I am a Portuguese real estate broker, Feng Shui consultant, trainer and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the property sector. I am the Broker and owner of Latitude 38º, a Lisbon-based real estate agency where I combine strategic real estate consultancy with a deeply human and holistic approach to property, space and decision-making. Alongside my extensive experience in real estate brokerage, negotiation and property advisory, I have developed a strong specialization in Feng Shui, which today plays a central role in my professional work. I use Feng Shui as a practical tool to help people better understand the relationship between space, well-being, energy and life transitions, applying these principles both to private homes and to professional and real estate environments. I believe that a property is never just a physical asset. A space can influence how we feel, work, connect and make decisions. For this reason, I integrate Feng Shui into real estate in a practical and accessible way, helping clients look beyond location, price and architecture and consider how a space can truly support the life they want to create. Training is also a major part of my professional identity. As a trainer and mentor, I work with real estate consultants, helping them develop stronger commercial, relational and personal skills, while introducing them to new ways of understanding clients, spaces and the emotional dimension of real estate decisions. My training combines more than two decades of practical experience in the property market with communication, client service, personal development and Feng Shui. My goal is to help real estate professionals become more knowledgeable, more confident and, above all, more conscious of the impact they can have on the lives of the people they advise. With a degree in Law, I bring together legal knowledge, real estate expertise, Feng Shui and education in a multidisciplinary professional profile built around trust, ethics, continuous learning and personalized service. My professional philosophy can be summarized in one principle: **“Before the property comes the place, and before the place comes the person.”** As an entrepreneur, consultant and trainer, I am particularly passionate about sharing knowledge, creating meaningful professional relationships and connecting real estate with well-being, personal development and more conscious ways of living and working.
