Angie Pettyjohn

Angie Pettyjohn is an award winning and accomplished mortgage broker with The Sherwood Mortgage Group. She’s consistently ranks top 10% nationally amongst her peers. With over 15 years of experience in the Canadian mortgage and lending industry, Angie’s knowledge, expertise and guidance has led her to work with a wide range of clients, from first- time homeowners and newcomers, to experienced landlords and real estate investors. As a Mortgage Broker, Angie wants to make sure the process of qualifying and getting approved for a mortgage is simple, straightforward and stress-free for her clients. As a business owner, Angie is no stranger to overcoming adversity. Angie began investing in real estate as a private lender in 2013. Since the start of the pandemic her business has doubled each year. The business is run with her co-founder and daughter, Victoria. Angie currently lives in Oakville, Ontario with her husband, Doran, and their dog (and fellow Pettyjohn Team mascot!), Bello. Angie is a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan! Go Leafs Go!!
