Alexandra Rouse

Alexandra H. Rouse is an enterprise operations and governance executive with more than 20 years of experience strengthening the performance and operating discipline of large, complex organizations. Her work focuses on improving financial stewardship, governance, and leadership decision-making in environments that demand scale, consistency, and accountability. Alexandra has overseen portfolios ranging from $10B to more than $100B, advised senior executives and boards, and designed operating models that align strategy with execution. She brings a practical, commercial mindset to regulated and services-driven organizations, emphasizing clear accountability, financial transparency, disciplined risk management, and repeatable operational performance. Most recently, Alexandra served as a Managing Director within a national enterprise services platform, providing executive oversight for one of the largest contract portfolios in the U.S. market. She led initiatives to standardize governance, strengthen executive decision processes, and improve operational consistency across multiple business units. Alexandra was selected to build and lead a national supply-chain and industrial operations organization during the COVID-19 response. In under six months, she established the governance structure, leadership team, and performance systems required to deploy more than $50B in capital across critical manufacturing and supply-chain programs. Earlier in her career, Alexandra served as Executive Officer and Chief of Staff for a large professional services portfolio, acting as the principal operating partner to the chief executive. She oversaw a $42M operating budget, implemented enterprise performance dashboards, and led organizational restructures that strengthened accountability, improved leadership visibility into performance, and enhanced overall operational effectiveness. Alexandra is known for her steady leadership style, strong commercial judgment, and ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. She works closely with boards, senior executives, and operating teams to build the governance structures, operating discipline, and leadership capacity required for sustained organizational performance. Alexandra holds an MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Senior Fellow with ACT-IAC and the Partnership for Public Service as well as a member of the Worldwide Women's Association.
