Alejandra Marín is an international legal executive with more than 20 years of experience leading global teams and driving organizational transformation in high-growth technology and digital companies. As VP of Global Legal Affairs at The Knot Worldwide, she co-leads the legal strategy and oversees international operations, helping shape the company’s evolution across Europe, the U.S., and LATAM. Her career is defined by building and scaling high-performing legal teams, guiding companies through complex periods of expansion, and bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving environments. Alejandra is known for her ability to align legal vision with business goals, simplify complexity, and support sustainable growth through thoughtful leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration. She played a pivotal role in the integration of Bodas.net into WeddingWire, contributing to the global structure that The Knot Worldwide operates today. Earlier in her career, she advised and supported startups within a Venture Builder ecosystem, shaping her pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to leadership. Alejandra holds a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona and two master’s degrees from ESADE: a Master in International Business Law and a Master in Intellectual Property & IT Law. She is native in Spanish and Catalan, with full professional proficiency in English and advanced professional proficiency in French.
