The Worldwide Women’s Association Recognizes Mayra Delgado Lopez

Mayra Delgado Lopez is a Senior Research Consultant at Reach3 Insights in Toronto, Canada, with experience across qualitative and quantitative market research. Her work centers on uncovering consumer behavior and translating findings into meaningful stories through moderation, analysis, visualization, and client-ready reporting. Market research is her second career, and her earlier experience in graphic design, marketing, and customer-facing roles informs the adaptable perspective she brings to research challenges.

Mayra joined Reach3 Insights as a Research Associate in October 2021. She advanced to Senior Research Associate in July 2022, Research Consultant in April 2023, and Senior Research Consultant in July 2025. Across these roles, she has contributed to the end-to-end execution of research projects, from designing discussion guides and questionnaires to conducting analysis and presenting findings.

Her research background includes more than four years of leading qualitative and quantitative projects across global markets. Mayra has experience with multi-phase research designs that integrate analytics with in-depth qualitative insights, as well as experiential and in-the-moment studies conducted across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Her qualitative work includes in-store missions, consumption studies, diary-based research, and ethnographic approaches.

Moderation is a particular area of strength. Mayra has conducted more than 50 hours of consumer interviews through in-depth interviews and focus groups. She also brings cultural context to research involving Latin American markets, helping shape discussions and interpret consumer perspectives while maintaining the objectives of each project.

In addition to fieldwork and analysis, Mayra manages project timelines, stakeholders, trackers, and research community initiatives. She has supported segmentation projects and collaborated with cross-functional teams while handling complex project requirements. Her technical experience includes Qualtrics for survey design and quantitative data collection, Microsoft Office for reports and presentations, working knowledge of SAS, and Google Analytics certification.

Before entering the research field, Mayra worked as a Marketing Assistant at Oshen in 2021. Her responsibilities included e-commerce support through Shopify, email-capture campaigns, social media content, marketing asset creation, quantitative market research for advertising campaigns, and website performance monitoring. This role connected her design background with marketing analysis and provided a bridge into her current research career.

Mayra earned a Market Research and Data Analytics Graduate Certificate and a Marketing Management Graduate Certificate from Centennial College in Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidad Autónoma del Noreste in Coahuila, Mexico. Together, these studies support her ability to combine research design, consumer understanding, and visual storytelling.

She is particularly interested in understanding what drives people’s behavior and in communicating insights in ways that can inform decisions. Mayra also has an interest in sustainable products and services and has engaged with both private-sector and nonprofit environments. As a WWA member, she looks forward to learning from other women professionals, exploring consulting and career opportunities, and building meaningful connections.

WWA members are invited to connect with Mayra to exchange perspectives on consumer insights, qualitative and quantitative research, moderation, and professional growth.
