Raynell Hay: Supporting Wellness Through Therapeutic Bodywork and Personalized Care
Raynell Hay is a wellness professional, entrepreneur, and author who specializes in lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, body contouring, and medical massage. With more than 10 years of experience in the field and five years as the owner of her own practice, Raynell has developed a client-centered approach focused on helping individuals look, feel, and function at their best.
Through Chapel Cove Wellness, Raynell works with clients throughout Maryland, providing specialized treatments designed to address concerns such as puffiness, fluid retention, jaw tension, and areas that may be resistant to diet and exercise. Her services include lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, medical massage, and non-invasive body contouring. She takes an individualized approach to each client, recognizing that wellness and body-care needs can vary from person to person.
Raynell is also the founder of Lah Apothecary, a body and skincare business offering custom-formulated products tailored to individual needs. Products can be formulated with a clinical approach, allowing Raynell to bring together her knowledge of wellness, skincare, and natural products in another aspect of her work.
Her interest in natural products is supported by her education at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, where she graduated in 2021 in Natural Products Manufacturing. She is also a member of the Honor Society Delta Epsilon Tau. Earlier in her education, Raynell studied healthcare at Kaplan University and graduated in 2009, giving her a medical background that continues to inform her professional work.
Raynell is also the author of Lymphatic Flow, a book currently available in Kindle format. Through her writing, business ventures, and work with clients, she continues to share information and practical approaches related to lymphatic health and personal wellness.
