Sierra Murphy is a graphic designer, entrepreneur, and community volunteer based in Havertown, Pennsylvania. With an educational background in English and Communications as well as Graphic Design, she has built a career around creativity, communication, and the ability of good design to bring people and organizations together.
Sierra’s professional experience includes working as an in-house designer and in advertising before becoming the owner and Creative Director of Twinkle. Through the business, she combines her design expertise with a passion for helping organizations create meaningful connections within their communities.
Twinkle provides custom merchandise and design solutions for schools, teams, camps, businesses, and organizations. For Sierra, the work is about more than creating attractive products. She sees merchandise as a way for people to express shared identities, celebrate their communities, and create a sense of connection and belonging.
As an entrepreneur, Sierra brings both creativity and an understanding of the practical needs of the organizations she serves. Her experience across different areas of the design industry has helped her develop a flexible approach to creative work, while her communications background supports her ability to understand a client’s message and translate it into effective visual solutions.
Community is also an important part of Sierra’s life outside of her business. She is an active local volunteer and enjoys being involved in the community where she lives. Married and the mother of three children, Sierra also shares her home with three pets.
Through Twinkle, Sierra continues to combine her professional experience, creativity, and love of community. Her work reflects her belief that design can do more than communicate an idea. It can help people feel connected to something they share.
