Brandy Myers, Director of Operations at Fleet Repair Solutions in Carrollton, Georgia, is an operations leader with more than 16 years of experience advancing performance, profitability, safety, and customer service across large dedicated transportation networks. Her move from transportation operations into the maintenance and repair side of trucking, scheduled to begin in October, represents an opportunity to apply her operational expertise while learning another essential part of the industry.
Throughout her career, Brandy has led multimillion-dollar business units, directed operational startups, strengthened safety programs, and worked to improve underperforming operations. Her areas of expertise include profit-and-loss management, process design, strategic execution, dedicated operations management, standard operating procedure development, and cross-functional collaboration. Leadership development has remained central to her work as she builds teams capable of sustaining operational and financial progress.
Before joining Fleet Repair Solutions, Brandy held progressively responsible positions with C.R. England. As Director of Dedicated Operations, she led a multi-account portfolio valued at more than $85 million and directed startups, safety initiatives, and performance execution. Her work included strengthening customer reporting to improve accuracy and operational transparency, as well as refining equipment recovery and repositioning practices to support profitability.
Brandy previously served as Regional Operations Manager for the East, overseeing three dedicated fleets while supporting additional regional accounts, operational startups, and shutdowns. She created a division-wide financial standard operating procedure intended to improve consistency and accuracy. She also trained account managers in P&L management, leadership practices, and company processes, combining financial oversight with the development of frontline leaders.
Earlier, as a Senior Account Manager, Brandy led a dedicated fleet of more than 85 trucks and 100 drivers operating across two sites. During that period, she supported fleet growth in Pennsylvania and Utah and helped increase earnings before interest and taxes. She also co-developed an expense-tracking tool designed to improve profitability forecasting and give operational leaders clearer financial information.
Her transportation career also included several roles with Swift Transportation. As Regional Dedicated Support Leader, Brandy supported 32 dedicated locations and contributed to staffing, process improvement, and the creation of standard operating procedures. In earlier onsite and driver leadership assignments, she managed planning, key performance indicators, and capacity while collaborating with driver leaders to strengthen routing, task planning, service reliability, and customer performance.
Before entering dedicated transportation leadership, Brandy gained project experience with Lucent Technologies. In that role, she managed a multimillion-dollar project in Japan and coordinated teams in the United States and Japan, along with schedules, financial responsibilities, and executive reporting. That cross-functional foundation continues to inform her approach to complex operations, stakeholder communication, and disciplined execution.
At Fleet Repair Solutions, Brandy plans to focus on improving efficiencies and helping build leaders within the maintenance and repair segment. She is approaching the transition as both an extension of her operational background and a chance to understand another dimension of trucking. As a Worldwide Women’s Association member interested in networking, Brandy welcomes connections with fellow members who share interests in operations, transportation, maintenance, process improvement, and leadership development.
