Jennie Sikes is a seasoned talent acquisition leader, entrepreneur, and transformational practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping people navigate career decisions, professional transitions, and meaningful life changes. As Director of Talent Acquisition in the government contracting industry, Jennie brings extensive expertise in recruiting, talent strategy, and career guidance.
Alongside her corporate career, Jennie is the Founder of Ascending Dawn Doula, LLC, a practice dedicated to supporting individuals through personal transformation, spiritual exploration, life transitions, and end-of-life experiences. Through her work, she creates compassionate and supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their intuition, explore their purpose, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
Jennie’s approach draws upon a diverse range of holistic and spiritual practices, including intuitive guidance, astrology, tarot and oracle cards, Reiki, hypnosis, guided imagery, chakra balancing, and energy healing. She is a Certified End-of-Life Doula through Doulagivers, a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) trained in transpersonal hypnotherapy and guided imagery, a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner, and a Usui Reiki Master.
She is also the Founder of the Rise & Align Lounge, a growing global spiritual community with more than 100 members. The community provides opportunities for learning, connection, and personal growth through virtual and in-person gatherings, workshops, masterclasses, practitioner events, and educational experiences focused on intuition, spiritual development, energy awareness, and self-discovery. Jennie has developed educational programming covering topics such as astrology, tarot, numerology, hypnosis, chakras, and energy hygiene, while creating opportunities for members to explore a broad range of holistic practices.
