Susie Hughes is an accomplished sales executive with over three decades of experience driving growth and building lasting relationships across the healthcare and energy sectors. She currently serves as Account Executive, Public-Sector Healthcare at Cohesity in Houston, TX, where she manages public sector healthcare accounts, cultivates executive-level relationships with CIOs and CISOs, and develops strategic account plans that open new avenues for growth. Susie spent nearly two decades at Cisco Systems (2007–2025), rising from Enterprise Account Manager to Advisor within Cisco's Healthcare Practice and Business Transformation team, before returning to lead enterprise accounts across the healthcare and oil & gas verticals. Her consultative, outcomes-driven approach earned her the company's prestigious Chairman's Club distinction in both 2010 and 2023, along with recognitions as “Sales Achiever,” “Sales Champion,” and “Account Manager of the Area.” Before Cisco, Susie built her foundation in the telecommunications and wireless messaging industry at USA Mobility and Paging Network of Houston, advancing from Customer Care Representative to Customer Service Manager and ultimately System Sales Specialist — earning National Achievement Awards in 2000 and 2005 along the way.
