Mariko Pasion

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, I moved to Seattle in June 2012 for an onshore work opportunity and have made it my home ever since. I’ve been married to my husband for seven years, and we have a fun, busy life with our energetic two-year-old daughter. We’re also kept entertained (and occasionally bossed around) by our 7-year-old, 4 lb Yorkie. Professionally, I began my career at Accenture as a software QA tester, where I built a strong foundation in software testing, quality assurance processes, and cross-functional collaboration within large-scale delivery teams. Over time, I transitioned into roles in functional analysis, team leadership, and delivery management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. This progression has naturally led me to my current focus in delivery management, where I oversee end-to-end project execution, align cross-functional teams, and ensure successful, high-quality outcomes that meet both business and stakeholder expectations. I’ve worked across multiple complex initiatives, partnering closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to drive delivery, improve team velocity, and support continuous process improvement. I’m especially passionate about building efficient, collaborative teams and helping projects move smoothly from planning through execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality and business value.
