Biography
Natasa Oliveira is a perinatal support professional, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Cradira, a postpartum support platform dedicated to helping new parents navigate the challenges and joys of life with a newborn. With more than 17 years of experience supporting families during the postpartum period, Natasa has built her career around providing compassionate, hands-on guidance that empowers parents to feel confident, supported, and less alone during one of life's most transformative transitions. Inspired by her own early parenting experience and the challenges she faced during the newborn stage, Natasa recognized a critical gap in practical, non-judgmental postpartum support. This realization led to the creation of Cradira alongside her co-founder, Angelina. Together, they combined more than 35 years of experience working directly with families to build a resource that delivers both personalized in-home support and accessible digital guidance for new parents. Through Cradira, Natasa helps families navigate the first six weeks postpartum by providing education, emotional support, newborn care guidance, and evidence-based resources designed to ease the transition into parenthood. Her approach focuses on meeting families where they are, creating a safe and supportive environment where parents can build confidence and trust in their own abilities. Natasa's professional development includes extensive continuing education in perinatal support, social sciences, newborn care, sleep education, birth and pregnancy trauma, infant loss support, and family wellness. She has completed advanced training through PNSW Global and continues to expand her expertise to better serve the diverse needs of modern families. In recognition of her commitment to supporting parents and newborns, Natasa and the Cradira team were honored by West Lincoln Hospital for their contributions to the "A Star Is Born" program, reflecting their dedication to strengthening families and improving postpartum care within the community. When she is not supporting families, Natasa enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and taking walks with her dog. She remains passionate about ensuring that every parent feels informed, empowered, and supported throughout their postpartum journey.
