As Director of People & Operations at Spinning Babies®, she has led organizational operations through growth and change, overseeing people operations, technology implementation, business systems, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives. Through Rootwork Collaborative and her work with Re3Creative, she partners with mission-driven organizations, nonprofits, and creative businesses to strengthen operations, improve processes, and create resilient, people-centered organizations. Julie's career spans international communication, arts and cultural administration, education, maternal and public health, and organizational leadership. While the industries have changed, the throughline has remained the same: helping people work better together. She is known for connecting vision with execution, bringing clarity to complexity, and designing systems that make organizations more collaborative, sustainable, and human.
