Becky Pool is the founder of Country Chick's Solutions LLC, where she helps entrepreneurs, authors, real estate professionals, and small business owners simplify operations, strengthen financial systems, and build businesses that can grow without overwhelming the owner. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Online Business Manager, CFO and Growth Acceleration Specialist, Becky combines more than two decades of experience in business operations, executive support, bookkeeping, marketing, and systems development. Known for her exceptional organization, strategic thinking, and proactive approach, Becky specializes in transforming chaotic workflows into efficient, scalable systems. Whether she is implementing QuickBooks, Xero, developing standard operating procedures, managing complex projects, coordinating marketing initiatives, or providing executive-level administrative support, her goal is always the same: to give business owners back their time so they can focus on leading and growing their companies. In addition to her business consulting, Becky is an author and the creative force behind RA Pool, where she writes immersive fantasy novels that explore themes of leadership, courage, faith, sacrifice, and redemption. Her passion for storytelling complements her entrepreneurial work by allowing her to blend creativity with strategy in everything she does. Becky has also served as a Tax Processing Specialist with Forvis Mazars, further strengthening her expertise in accounting processes, financial organization, and client service. A native of North Carolina now living in southwest Missouri, Becky is a devoted Christian, wife to her husband Steve, and proud mother of Kyle and Dustin.
