Norma Rawlings

Norma Rawlings has a B.A. in French, a J.D. in Law and an MBA in business administration. She runs three businesses as President: A software company. An M&A Boutique for Real Estate Brokers. And an Interactive Sports Media App. She has spent the past two decades in the real estate, business and software industries in various capacities. With her legal and business background, she has consulted over the years to numerous companies and individuals looking to sell their businesses. She has also run a software company providing a Learning Management System to Honeywell Security for over a decade. Further, she recently created and runs an Interactive Sports Media App. In her M&A Business, she brings a mediator’s mentality to the table and enjoys helping people plan their own succession and organize the sale or purchase of their business in a mutually beneficial fashion. She believes that finding the right fit between buyer and seller is critical, and she does her best to ensure even difficult issues don’t devolve into conflict. She recently published a new book titled “The Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Real Estate Brokerages.” In her software business, she is proud of serving Honeywell for the past two decades and providing them with customized Learning Management Software to enable their growth and success. For the Sports Media App, she is delighted with the partnerships and sponsorships it is attracting. When not working, Norma can be found hiking in the woods, at the rink watching her boys play hockey, or on the court watching her girls play volleyball or playing with them. She loves to listen to her youngest daughter sing. She enjoys exploring then writing about her adventures and always appreciates a good book.
