I am a seasoned Human Resources executive and the founder of Her Fractional HR consulting practice supporting startups, small businesses, and international companies entering the U.S. market. With over a decade of experience across HR operations, compliance, payroll, and people strategy, I partner closely with founders and leadership teams to build compliant, scalable, and people-centered organizations. I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. I bring a bicultural, bilingual (English/Spanish) perspective to my work, which allows me to support diverse teams and global employers with clarity and cultural fluency. My expertise includes multi-state employment compliance, HRIS implementation, benefits administration, employee relations, and fractional People Operations leadership. Beyond my consulting work, I am actively involved in professional HR associations and community leadership. I am deeply passionate about mentoring, education, and empowering women to lead with confidence and integrity.
