Irma Sheqi is a transformative digital and tech strategy leader with over 25 years of experience across fintech, telecom and international development. She currently serves as Head of Digital Innovation Tech Academy at Facilization company, where she architects fintech-focused education programs that bridge global talent gaps in AI, low-code, and cloud technologies. Previously, as ICT Talent Acquisition Associate Manager at Sisal Albania and Chief of Staff at Xhub Albania ( Italian Company ) , Irma re-engineered end-to-end tech recruitment operations, doubling workforce capacity and aligning talent strategy with the company’s digital transformation roadmap. Her impact extends to building startup academies, launching scalable fintech training platforms, and driving strategic digital projects locally and internationally. An active startup entrepreneur and innovation advocate, Irma is part of the Founders Club at Startup Wise Guys, Europe’s leading accelerator supporting early-stage tech ventures.
