Biography

Charitha Krishnappa is an award-winning Program Management Leader, Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC), and visionary founder of multiple impact-driven ventures at the intersection of technology, psychology, and spiritual empowerment. With over a decade of global experience spanning cloud computing, SaaS, fintech, and agile transformation, Charitha has earned a reputation as a results-oriented change-maker who builds systems that scale, heal, and transform lives. Her professional journey began in software engineering and test automation, where she developed advanced frameworks for Citrix-based Windows applications. Over the years, she transitioned into senior technical program management roles at Citrix Systems and Capital One, leading enterprise-wide transformations with budgets exceeding $25M. At Citrix, she orchestrated a multi-year agile and cloud modernization initiative, overseeing platform migrations, global team enablement, and leadership coaching. Her impact lies not just in delivering programs—but in transforming the culture behind them. As a Prosci®-certified change leader, Charitha blends empathy, data, and design-thinking to architect scalable operating models. Her leadership style is rooted in psychological safety, narrative clarity, and servant leadership, enabling diverse teams to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments. In 2025, Charitha launched her flagship consulting brand — Core Innovation & Management Services (CIMS) — including a pioneering Program Management as a Service (PMaaS) offering tailored for startups and mid-size tech firms. She also serves as the founder of Coach With CK, where she mentors high-achieving professionals in career clarity, emotional leadership, and executive presence. Beyond corporate success, Charitha is a deeply intuitive guide, trauma-informed coach, and abuse recovery mentor. Her spiritual brand, Being YoUnique, offers tarot-based soul coaching to help individuals uncover karmic patterns, realign with their divine path, and reclaim personal power. With thousands of readings delivered and a growing YouTube presence, she bridges logic and intuition like few can. A published researcher, podcast guest, and speaker, Charitha frequently shares insights on topics ranging from automation and agile governance to leadership and inner child healing. She holds a Master’s in Technology, and certifications in Agile, Change Management, and spiritual counseling. Charitha’s work is anchored in her lived journey—from navigating patriarchy and burnout to building multi-hyphenate success on her own terms. Whether in boardrooms or spiritual spaces, her purpose remains the same: to help people return to themselves, rise beyond limitations, and lead with heart and strategy. She is currently based in Toronto, Canada, and is available for keynote talks, strategy consulting, 1:1 coaching, and media engagements.
