Her professional journey began in software engineering and test automation, where she developed advanced frameworks for Citrix-based Windows applications. Over the years, she transitioned into senior technical program management roles at Citrix Systems and Capital One, leading enterprise-wide transformations with budgets exceeding $25M. At Citrix, she orchestrated a multi-year agile and cloud modernization initiative, overseeing platform migrations, global team enablement, and leadership coaching. Her impact lies not just in delivering programs—but in transforming the culture behind them. As a Prosci®-certified change leader, Charitha blends empathy, data, and design-thinking to architect scalable operating models.
