Eileen Patterson

Eileen Patterson is a leader in complex organizational change, known for driving new approaches and programs that elevate system performance. With 25 years of expertise in change management and system renewal, Eileen has held pivotal roles as an executive leader (VP, Quality Improvement, Health Quality Ontario; Director, ACTT, Alberta Medical Association) and served as a leadership mentor, strategic and capacity building consultant (Nupraxis, Health Innovation Group) across Canada and internationally. Based on an exemplary career in successful planning and implementation of innovations, Eileen co-founded Health Innovation Group, a social enterprise, in 2019 to broaden her impact on system transformation. She has guided leaders and coalitions in leveraging their strengths, optimizing resources, adapting their processes and achieving strategic priorities for meaningful health system results. Her leadership in provincial and national healthcare change initiatives focuses on organizational development, and service redesign for quality and integration.
