Jena has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles across manufacturing, financial, and syndicated environments, gaining exposure to many facets of the HR field. Her adaptable, people-centered, and practical approach helps her connect easily with clients and support them effectively. She has also worked as a consultant, guiding organizations through change, growth, and complex HR challenges. Whether helping to build an HR department from the ground up or planning events that bring people together around shared goals, Jena brings strong interpersonal skills, careful listening, and thoughtful analysis to everything she takes on. Her event planning experience—often tied to strategic initiatives—has strengthened her ability to coordinate teams, manage details, and stay focused on the bigger picture. A lifelong learner, Jena believes there’s always more to discover and grow from—professionally and personally. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and is a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals.
