Lucyna Baca-Lonn

Dr Lucyna Baca-Lönn - Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of management focused on transformational leaders, board members and organizational change management processes. Founding director of Graphology Solutions Group (2008), which provides: Leaders’ Competencies Audit, Leadership Development Programs and Leadership Coaching. Dr Lucyna is a Head of Postgraduate Leaders’ Programs at Collegium Civitas and lectures on creative and innovative thinking, leadership, extreme leadership, change management, enterprise value, and business ethics at WSB University as well as management of enterprise value, marketing strategies, brand creation, social media marketing at Merito University in Warsaw. She is a researcher in leadership, leadership development, and change management and an author of scientific publications in this area. She is a board member, transformational leadership coach, and business trainer with a proven record of working in the areas of management consulting and transformational leadership development. She has work experience from Poland, Sweden, and Russia. A polyglot who works in Polish, English, Swedish, Russian and communicates in French and German, agile in international environments. She is the author of internationally rewarded Leadership Development Programs and Leadership Coaching with the application of Graphological Analysis as a competence diagnostic method. She served as a board member of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce (2012-2022) and the Israel-Poland Chamber of Commerce (2011- 2019) as well as an active member of Scandinavian Polish Chamber of Commerce (2008-2018) and the European Women on Boards. President/Vice-President of the Polish-Swedish Society (2005-2024). She has been associated with Scandinavia for over 20 years. She is a member of the British Academy of Graphology in the UK and the International Institute of Handwriting Studies in the USA. Dr Lucyna successfully integrates business and science in her activities.
