Nathalie Gauthier

Mother of two amazing sons, Nathalie began her career at IBM in 1986, spending 23 years in sales, client relations, and partner management across Toronto and Montreal. In 2009, she joined VSM alongside childhood friend and founder Alain Boudreau. For over 25 years, VSM has helped businesses across North America generate leads through qualified appointment-setting campaigns. In 2017, Nathalie embraced entrepreneurship, taking over VSM's leadership to ensure its longevity and success. With support from the RFAQ and her peers, she made VSM a woman-owned company and a WeConnect International member by 2019. She joined WeConnect to work more with women, share experiences, and support each other's businesses. In February 2024, she became sole owner. Now in her eighth year leading VSM, Nathalie focuses on growth, team building, and refining the business model to support entrepreneurs and strengthen the economy.
