With experience in the real estate industry, Nyvia hands developed a hands-on approach to managing residential properties she owns. She provides high-quality rental properties and top-tier management services. As CHRO at Air Force Aid Society, Nyvia maintained high employee engagement scores, transformed the culture, implemented scalable HR systems, and achieved significant cost savings.
