Alexandra Félix, CMP (Prosci)

With over two decades of experience, I have had the privilege of working as a management consultant, focusing on organizational change management across various industries. Currently, as the Principal Change Advisor and Prosci Executive Instructor at Prosci Canada Inc., I assist senior leaders and organizations in embedding change management capabilities, establishing centers of excellence, and creating governance frameworks. Empowering women in change management and strategic leadership is a passion of mine. I hold a Master’s degree in Translation (French to English) from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor’s degree in French from York University. I am committed to fostering a collaborative approach and cultivating learning and innovation. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a strategic thinker and effective communicator. I aim to inspire and lead by example, focusing on building strong relationships, engaging stakeholders, and driving meaningful, lasting change in organizations.
