Victoria Goncharova, CPA

Victoria is a Managing Director at IQEQ based in New York with two decades of professional experience in finance and operations in the alternative investment industry. In her current role, she is the Chief Financial Officer for various private equity, commercial real estate and venture capital investment advisors with oversight of their funds, general partner and investment advisor businesses. Prior to her current role, she was the Director of Finance and Operations at AXA Investment Managers where she led a team overseeing all aspects of finance and operations in real estate investment funds, separate accounts and joint venture and direct investments. Prior to that she was Vice President at JPMorgan overseeing a large fund administration team servicing private equity clients. Victoria graduated from Pace University with a BBA in Public Accounting and holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT School of Architecture and Planning. She is licensed in New York State as a Certified Public Accountant. She’s a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Board of Forensic Accounting, Financial Executives Networking Group, CFO Alliance, Chief and Worldwide Women’s Association. She is a voting member, Assistant Treasurer and Chairman of the Transfer Committee on the board of The Oxford on Seventy Second and board advisor to HOPR.AI, a startup venture capital firm. She has founded multiple consulting and advisory businesses that advise clients on business development, finance and operations. She has been an active member of many committees that promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, including DEI Committee, Hiring and Promotion Committee, Associate Women’s Program, Executive Management Learning, Women in Alternatives Initiative. She actively participates in panels and round table discussions around current issues faced by executives in finance and operations within the alternative investment space.
