Ximena Araya Foix

Highly proactive professional with Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, always learning and looking for new ways of doing things using creative ideas. Ximena has worked for over 11 years in multinational mining companies; first in Chile and then in Canada, specializing herself in Mobile Maintenance Reliability, Planning and Strategy. Currently in an executive role for a design and manufacturing company related to mining, she is deeply interested in initiating and creating different ways to solve issues. She likes to be challenged with new and unexpected experiences and adjusts to change easily. Her directive skills allow her take charge and control of situations and her strong people skills enable her to be a trustworthy leader. She values accountability and likes to take responsibility for projects that require planning, decision making and coordinating with others in a collaborative way.
