FRANCISCA IGBOA

Francisca Igboa Alais Bizdecker is the Managing Director of Fanny Design Enterprise and the Founder of the Leojacin Foundation. As an entrepreneur and business-savvy woman, she has trained over 14,000 youths in business skills through her initiative called Business Start-Up (SME Entrepreneurship Development) on web and social media platforms. Francisca developed the 'Youths, Women, Men Working with Wisdom' (Y/M/W4) Initiative in Nigeria, specifically in Lagos State and Delta State. Through this initiative, she has provided skill acquisition training to 240 students and over 500 enterprise owners. Additionally, she actively advocates against child rape and violence against women in Nigeria. She is the author of '35 Keys for Business Start-Up' and has written and published e-books on the '100 Relevance Skillset for Technocracy Advancement,' which explores present dynamism and change in the world. Francisca was awarded as an Outstanding Teacher 2020 in Africa by the IESA International Education Summit 2020. She was nominated by the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). She currently serves as a convener of the Business Expert Conference in Nigeria and manages a community of approximately 14,000 individuals on Facebook. As a business strategist, developer, and connector, Francisca previously worked with FCMB Bank Nigeria as a management consultant. In this role, she developed technological and digital tool training programs to boost SMEs post-coronavirus setbacks. Francisca is a member of several professional organizations, including the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria, Chartered Management Consultant Canada and USA, Institute of Management Consultant Specialist UK, and Certified Management Professional Diploma from London Bridge Business School in the United Kingdom."
