Michelle Borduzak is a seasoned senior executive with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including agriculture, environment, geopolitics, and transportation. Having personally owned and operated private companies in various sectors, Michelle possesses invaluable insight and expertise in areas such as risk management, corporate finance, logistics, employee integration, buy/sell structure, shareholder agreements, and corporate succession. Currently, Michelle serves as the Director and CEO of BradCon Consulting Ltd., providing business advisory and leadership services. She also holds the position of Director at Modern Auto Body Ltd., a company specializing in certified OEM luxury collision repair. Throughout her career, Michelle has taken on significant roles in various organizations, contributing her expertise to boards and advisory committees. Her previous board positions include TEC Edmonton, Alberta Enterprise Group, Delta Genomics, Agri Investment and Innovations Forum, Independent Dealer Entrepreneurial Association, and Literacy Without Borders.
