Donna Tull-Cox

I am a counsellor, trainer, facilitator who prefers to guide clients to personal and professional insights through diverse, creative techniques. As an educator I have worked from preschool, to elementary through tertiary education within the Caribbean. I am also a trained, certified Parenting Consultant. As a facilitator, I have applied my skills to a number of programmes such as Endless Possibilities, addressing challenges and empowering youth through work experience; Supreme Counselling for Personal Development, assisting parents and guardians with development of parenting skills; Partnership for Peace, challenging male perpetrators of domestic violence to understand that violence is a choice, and teaching them self-control techniques. I am the Managing Director of the Parent Empowerment Network, a counselling/consulting company where I work with individuals as well as small groups, assisting with life challenges at home and in the workplace. Currently I also hold the post of Guidance Counsellor at the Graydon Sealy Secondary School, in Barbados. I maintain high ethical standards as I serves my clients with confidence and confidentiality. It is however my role as parent that has given me the greatest satisfaction, and my two children from whom draw draw my inspiration.
