Rina Dilka

Rina Dilka is a Canadian Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Dilka Immigration Services Inc., based in Kitchener, Ontario. She is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, and employers successfully navigate Canada's complex immigration system. With over 15 years of legal experience and several years of specialized Canadian immigration practice, Rina has represented clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including temporary residence, permanent residence, family sponsorships, humanitarian and compassionate applications, citizenship, employer compliance, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), and business immigration. She is known for preparing thorough legal submissions, responding to procedural fairness letters, and advocating for clients facing complex immigration challenges. Before becoming an RCIC, Rina earned a Bachelor of Laws and gained extensive experience in legal research, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and legal administration. Her legal background has enabled her to develop a strong analytical approach and a deep understanding of administrative law, which she applies to every immigration case she handles. As the founder of Dilka Immigration Services Inc., Rina works closely with Canadian employers to address labour shortages through compliant international recruitment strategies while helping foreign workers build successful futures in Canada. She has extensive experience with employer compliance, LMIA applications, work permits, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and family reunification. Rina is fluent in English and Albanian and also has a working knowledge of Italian and French.
