Kimberly has over 16 years of experience in the professional services industry, specifically within the management and human capital consulting space. She is an experienced executive managing strategic operations and skilled in human capital initiatives, system implementations, operations management, resource management, process development, people operations, business process improvement, coaching, org design, forecasting, financial planning, profitability improvement, product development, thought leadership, marketing & sales strategies, human resources, facilitation, managing teams and strategic planning. Currently, Kimberly is the Chief Operating Officer & Managing Partner at Exude Human Capital Consulting, a Philadelphia based boutique consulting firm that provides solutions around HR outsourcing, compensation, strategic advisory, organizational and cultural assessments, DEIB advisory and training, coaching, and leadership development programs. In this role she oversees the areas of operations, finance, accounting, human resources, legal and risk for the firm and is responsible for the overall strategy and success. She is focused on streamlining processes, maximizing utilization, talent development and creating a foundation for sustainable growth where the firm can successfully intersect customer experience, employee experience and business growth. Kimberly is a graduate of Temple University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. She has served on the Board of Directors for The Saturday Club, a non-profit organization of volunteer women and is still an active member.
