Through my experience as an Operations leader, I have enjoyed the challenges associated with innovative SaaS organizations from inception to growth to acquisition. My success has been grounded in leveraging diversity, knowledge and analytics providing granular leadership. I lead through example, encouragement, strength, and compassion. Balancing encouraging and positive culture with high performance is one of my core values. I rely on data, feedback, and collaboration to drive change and enhancement. I develop and implement process and programs to bring value to the entire customer journey. I have built functional areas, successfully integrated our team post-acquisition (42 of our 45 team members are still with us), created customer/partner enablement programs and tools to manage scalability, collaborated with SMB through Enterprise partners and customers to achieve their goals with our software, realized a customer churn rate consistently under 1%, consistent above Industry average EBITDA and so much more. I started my career in Customer Service/Success and my passion for customer outcomes helped me build strong, effective, and successful CS teams in every organization I worked with.
