Jennifer Lester CDAL, CDP, CADDCT

Jennifer Lester is the Senior Executive Director at Sage Spring Senior Living. She has worked in the senior living industry for almost two decades. She has experience in team building, training and business operations. Before she worked in senior living, she was a curriculum coordinator at an early childhood development center. Jennifer developed an understanding of working with families and empathy for those who cannot make decisions for themselves. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manager, a Certified Director of Senior Living, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer. Jennifer is passionate about helping families navigate senior living communities and finding the perfect home for their loved ones. Jennifer also provides consulting services to investment groups looking to select a new asset. Her ability to quickly see the big picture and zero in on specific issues has made her the go to when a quick decision needs to be made or a second opinion. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family at the beach.
