Lauren Argetsinger

A self-described human insights hunter, perpetual perfectionist and curious creative, Lauren Argetsinger currently serves as Manager of Consumer Insights and Strategy at Navigate. Coming from a decade of experience in mixed methods market research, she executes custom research and consulting for leading brands and organizations within the sports and entertainment industries. Originally from North Carolina, Lauren holds a degree in Political Science from Elon University. Prior to joining Navigate, she worked at Lifestream, a technology company that turns consumer insight videos into data and human stories, where she managed and executed all projects for brands clients across the United States. Her previous background also includes work in university admissions, providing consumer insights and economic analysis for top furniture brands, and leading data analysis for a global biotech company. She is passionate about telling the consumer story and is driven by the need to ensure that all organizations feel empathy towards the people they are serving. Outside of work, Lauren is likely chasing around her young daughter and two rescue dogs, nose deep in her Kindle, or convincing her husband to execute house projects she found on Pinterest. She considers herself an MMA superfan and has an affinity for attending small local live sporting events, such as Burlington Sock Puppets baseball and Carolina Cobras arena football.
