Ragena Belden

Born a small town, rural Kansas girl, Ragena Belden has overcome naysayers and adversity to become a business co-owner and the renowned business management and accounting professional that she is today. After dropping out of high school at age 16 to homeschool herself and work two full time jobs, Ragena worked tirelessly to receive her AAS in 2003, BSA in 2005 from Kansas Wesleyan, and her MBA in 2012 from Friends University. In 2021, Ragena’s mother, Lavonne Nightingale, suggested co-owning a title business with her daughter. Today, after a year in business, Cloud Republic County Title, LLC seven county radius as the go-to for all title insurance needs. Combining Lavonne's 17 years of experience in the title world and Ragena’s two decades of business management prowess, they are truly off to a great start!
