Her career has been shaped by extensive international experience, including eight years working in Germany and four years in South Korea, where she developed a deep understanding of cross-cultural collaboration, organizational adaptability, and global leadership dynamics. These experiences strengthened her ability to lead across diverse professional environments while fostering innovation, resilience, and strategic alignment among multinational teams.
Further advancing her expertise in international leadership and collaboration, Dr. Morgan studied global leadership at George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, where she expanded her perspective on geopolitical cooperation, organizational change, and executive decision-making in complex global environments. Dr. Morgan earned her Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University, where her academic focus further deepened her expertise in organizational behavior, leadership development, and systems thinking. She also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Factors Engineering from University of Colorado Boulder.
